Tom Shelley & Company started with the desire for a career change. I've spent my life in manufacturing and design for various commercial firms. This work, of course, brought me into the computer age and this is where I found my niche. I enjoy working with computers, and with the growth of the Internet, it seemed an natural adjunct to my work in design and graphic arts to expand my horizons and work in this field.

I went on to attend St.Petersburg College and obtained certification as a Master Internet Web Designer. I was given a thorough grounding in every phase of web design and construction. I have become proficient with Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as Adobe Acrobat.

I have made it my business to bring the Web to those who want and need it. My background has provided me with a utilitarian view and I bring this to my Web design work. I favor function and simplicity. I keep these as my bywords.

About the "and Company". I have a great many folks that I turn to for technical expertise in digital photography, Flash animation, and other areas. These fine folks are the "company".
